Job Summary

In this role, you will be a key creative team member, delivering a diverse range of digital and physical marketing content for a well-established brand. You will facilitate agile ceremonies, ensure the team is delivering on project goals, and work efficiently. Your focus will be on removing obstacles and establishing a positive, solutions-focused environment. Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage your agile team ceremonies.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to understand the team’s roadmap and provide insights on feasibility.
  • Remove impediments enabling the team to work efficiently and focus on the most important work.
  • Identify and escalate risks and capacity challenges to the Product Owner, offering innovative solutions.
  • Adapt and mature the team’s agile methodology based on business needs, team dynamics, and process efficiency.
  • Identify individual coaching and support needs.
  • Build and analyze agile reports providing critical insight to the team.
  • Support various creative projects as a Project Manager by refining Jira stories and managing the detailed project plan, schedule, and dependencies.
  • Leverage Agile and Lean practices to drive continuous improvements.

Minimum Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or equivalent experience) is required.
