CRM Analyst Full Description

We are searching for a driven, seasoned, and proactive individual to fill the CRM Analyst role within the Office of Enrollment Management Strategic Communications and Initiatives. Reporting to the Associate Director of Enrollment Systems, this position will primarily focus on supporting and coordinating the maintenance and implementation of key system functions within Technolutions Slate, with a focus on supporting financial aid. 
Responsibilities include ensuring data accuracy and integrity across various university systems and processes used in Enrollment Management, providing support for Slate portals, queries, reports, emails, events, forms, dynamic content, and automation to advance university objectives. Additionally, the role involves documenting processes, automation, and integrations, serving as a technical point of contact for troubleshooting and problem resolution, overseeing day-to-day operations, and maintaining data accuracy. This role will collaborate with leadership on annual cycle prep updates, adjustments, and documentation for ensuring smooth transitions from year to year and continuous improvement. This position is responsible for advancing CRM projects and building strong collaborative relationships across the university.

What We Are Looking For:
Education and Experience
Qualified candidates will need:
  • A Bachelor's degree
  • At least four (4) years of relevant work experience are required for this position including the required experiences listed.
  • Required experience with Technolutions Slate; preferred experience with SIS integrations (Banner preferred)
  • Preferred candidates have experience working in Higher Education, particularly in areas such as Admissions, Analysis and Reporting, Enrollment Management, or Financial Aid.
  • Strong knowledge of admissions and/or financial aid operations, cycles and processes.

What is helpful:
  • Candidates must have experience with the CRM Technolutions Slate, experience with SIS integration.
  • Familiarity with data integrations, including Web Services, APIs, and SFTPs.
  • Additionally, general knowledge or proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, SQL, Liquid Markup, and databases is helpful.
