Responsibilities
Performs a full range of professional duties leading the identification, development, design, and implementation of curriculum (programs, courses, content, materials and technology) and assessments in alignment with education frameworks, outcome-based standards, and innovative practices. Utilizes a systematic approach to design and implement curriculum and assessments. Builds inter-professional teams by working collaboratively with faculty, leadership, and staff. Conducts assessment of learner and accreditation needs, develops solutions, and evaluates curriculum success. Demonstrates knowledge of current technologies and their application to deliver content or assess learning.
This position is a combination of remote and on-site work; individual must live within driving distance to the Rochester Mayo Clinic campus.

Qualifications
Master’s Degree in education with five years’ experience in utilizing technologies and curriculum frameworks that align with accreditation requirements required.
Experience and demonstrated proficiency with learning management systems or similar digital learning platforms required. Ability to establish and maintain effective interpersonal relationships with a variety of people, including internal and external stakeholders required. Demonstrated experience utilizing change management principles to accomplish goals through collaboration, coordination, effective coaching and mentoring others. Doctoral or post graduate degree in education or related field preferred. Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, organizational and self-directed skills as well as clear, concise, written and verbal communication skills. Expert knowledge in adult learning theories, all aspects of curriculum management (mapping, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating), and demonstrated knowledge of relevant educational content and appropriate methods of delivery of education for adult learners within MCCMS.
