Team Overview:Enterprise Learning is responsible for building new capabilities critical to our firm’s strategy at speed and scale, ensuring our 50,000 home-office associates and branch team members are reskilled and upskilled to deliver industry-leading Human-Centered Complete Wealth Management.
The Learning Experience Designer II is responsible for the design, development, curation, and delivery of multi-modal high-performance learning experiences that build learner capabilities, drive behavior change, and result in the achievement of business and performance outcomes. In this role, you will enable a culture of continuous learning through human-centered learning and performance design.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with Learning and Development colleagues, end-users, stakeholders, and leaders to design, develop, curate and deliver impactful, fit-to-purpose learning and development experiences that achieve business outcomes while building learners’ intrinsic motivation to continuously learn and improve.
- Anticipate and recommend opportunities to optimize learning experiences with a particular emphasis on skill practice and application using a variety of tools and techniques, including scenario-based learning design, intensive case studies, and academies
- Build learner capabilities and drive behavioral change using a learner-centered creative design process that involves conducting learner research, co-creating with end-users, prototyping learning experiences that achieve performance outcomes, and ensuring first-time quality at speed and scale.
- Design and develop adaptive multi-modal learning experiences that accelerate learner adoption through a focus on moments that matter applications and activities that enable performance-based outcomes while protecting learner mindshare through careful curation
- Collaborate on the development of learning measurement plans; leveraging the resulting learning insights and measurement reports to monitor, maintain, and optimize learning experiences
- Serve as a member of dynamic, autonomous, matrixed teams responsible for the end-to-end implementation of projects in a fast-paced, challenging environment with multiple, competing priorities
- Effectively facilitate the delivery of learning experiences, including in-person and virtual development sessions, workshops, and discussion boards
- Confidently lead design, development, validation, and user experience research sessions to create the conditions for iterative learner-centered design, resulting in first-time quality at scale
- Stay current on research and practices in Learning & Development, experimenting with new applications and processes to optimize learning experiences
- Perform other duties as assigned

Hiring Minimum: $86,300
Hiring Maximum: $146,700
