Primary Responsibilities /Accountabilities/ Essential Functions:
  • Completes tasks with guidance, meeting Level I expectations and gradually developing independence in task completion.
  • Communicates and collaborates with stakeholders, focusing on learning effective communication techniques and approaches.
  • Assists in course development by learning and applying basic instructional design techniques under supervision.
  • Collaborates with peers and stakeholders, with a focus on achieving developmental goals through guided participation.
  • Learns to manage projects by prioritizing deadlines, with close supervision and support from experienced team members.
  • Works with stakeholders to develop learning objectives and course assessments under supervision.
  • Maps programmatic standards into course design, ensuring requirements are understood and met.
  • Meets basic quality and productivity standards of the department, with ongoing support and supervision.
  • Follows a course revision schedule, using technological and field advancements to help adhere to the course revision schedule.
  • Adheres to project management guidelines, learning policies and technology processes with supervision.
