Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
A Training Consultant at Argano is a role for software training consultants with past experience in designing and delivering training programs. They work closely with clients to identify their specific needs, create tailored training content, and deliver engaging sessions to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the solution implemented by Argano. Their role is to bridge the gap between the technical expertise of Argano and the functional, working needs of our clients. Throughout the lifespan of a project training consultants develop custom training content and deliver training to client users.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support and deliver software training programs.
  • Develop custom training materials then train client trainers or users with the materials we have created.
  • Close work and knowledge transfer with functional and technical consultants on the project to understand the customizations that have been made.
  • Deliver training sessions both in-person and virtually.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to Associate Training Consultants.

MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, Instructional Design or a related field, preferred.

EXPERIENCE:
  • 2+ years of experience in training or related roles.
  • Experience using the WalkMe digital adoption platform to develop and manage SAP training materials.
  • Proven experience in instructional design and content development.
  • Technical aptitude and knowledge.
  • Patient presentation skills for software training.
  • Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP, primarily to help with alignment of OCM to deployment phases is highly preferred.

  • Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal and written communication. Ability to convey complex and technical information in a manner accessible to non-technical individuals.
  • Learning and Development: Willingness to learn and adapt to new training methodologies, deliverable types, and products.
  • Customer Interaction: Ability to engage with clients and understand their training needs. Customer service orientation.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team and ask questions. Openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Instructional Design: Proficiency in designing effective and professional training content.
  • Client Management: Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Understanding client business objectives and aligning training accordingly.
  • Project Management: Basic project management skills. Ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
