Posting Summary  | The University of Vermont Career Center within the division for Academic Affairs & Student Success is seeking a technical-skilled educator to join our team to enthusiastically contribute to the design and promotion of career education curriculum helping students and alums develop their employability capital through access to people, opportunities, and resources.

As part of the Career Center’s Integration Team, this highly adaptable team player will help evolve a comprehensive curriculum aligned with our learning outcomes and informed by purposeful assessments. Working closely with the Assistant Director of Integration they’ll help integrate dynamic career resources into the student experience (e.g., in classes, online, thru social media, and via targeted communications), support efforts to deliver like content to secondary audiences (e.g. alums, faculty/staff partners, parents, prospective families), and maximize use of available and emergent technologies.

Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)  | Bachelor’s degree in related field and one to three years related experience in teaching/coaching, curricular design, or outreach/communications required.

Attention to detail in project execution. Effective presentation and communication skills. Work collaboratively on a diverse and innovative team. Facile with technology; experience or training in using LMS platforms strongly desired. Familiarity with the college student population, career theory, and educational pedagogy.
