The Curriculum Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the success of localizing learning materials and sales enablement assets across the US.  

The Curriculum Specialist engages in the day-to-day development and activation of learning content which can include lesson, professional learning, and community content in addition to maintaining local standards alignments. This critical role ensures that teachers and leaders receive high-quality, hands-on learning and engagement opportunities with LEGO Education.

Please note: The internal title will be Curriculum Specialist, and the internal level will be Manager. 

No relocation assistance is offered for this position. 

Core Responsibilities: 
  • Provide education expertise across lesson content, professional learning content, and community engagement content. 
  • Develop learning content and professional development materials that align with local state standards, ensuring they are current, detailed, and clearly communicated for both internal and external purposes. 
  • Generate content maps, scope and sequence documents, and crosswalk alignments specific to different regions, catering to both in-house and external audiences. 
  • Support local content development which could include writing, editing, or working with external contractors to build lesson plans, learning activities, professional development decks, and other resources for educators. 
  • Ensure that educators can apply outstanding, compelling learning materials by managing all aspects of the review process conducted by subject-matter experts. 
  • Facilitate efficient communication with partners both within and outside the organization. 
  • Assist in Quality Assurance processes to ensure the effective resourcing and development of local content.  
  • Boston office-based position; minimum commutable days to office is 3 days per week.  ​

  • Familiar with current guidelines, policies, and regulations as they pertain to education. 
  • Experienced in aligning curriculum with standards to ensure compliance and enhance educational effectiveness. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and deliver presentations in English.

This position will be based at 1001 Boylston St. in Boston, MA. Our workplace enables our LEGO® colleagues to be and do their best at work. Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $100,906.00 - $151,360.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
