Curriculum/Instructional Designer – Multi-Audience Learning Pathways
We are a stealth innovation company seeking a Curriculum Designer / Instructional Designer to create structured, engaging, and scalable learning pathways for both youth and adult audiences. This role is about simplifying complex processes into clear, age-appropriate modules that keep learners motivated and on track.
Responsibilities
● Design scaffolded modules and activities for upper elementary, middle school, and
high school learners, aligned with developmental needs.
● Streamline adult-facing learning flows, focusing on clarity, efficiency, and actionable
progression.
● Collaborate with design and product teams to translate curriculum into intuitive digital experiences.
● Develop frameworks that support measurable growth, reflection, and confidence-building.
● Ensure pathways work across multiple age groups while adapting tone, structure, and depth as needed.
Qualifications
● 5+ years of experience in curriculum design, instructional design, or learning experience development.
● Proven ability to design for both K–12 and adult learners.
● Strong understanding of pedagogy, learning progression, and cognitive development stages.
● Ability to create modular, flexible structures adaptable to diverse learners.
● Portfolio demonstrating innovative or cross-age curriculum design.
