As an Enrollment Specialist/Customer Care Specialist you will be working on our Enrollment Team responding to parents seeking full or part time care in a Full Service Bright Horizons center. As the first contact for parents, these specialists are required to display a positive upbeat demeanor as they are explaining the value of visiting their Bright Horizons center of choice. Showing empathy to parents who are hesitant to leave their child after maternity leave or are concerned that their preschoolers will not adjust to center care is an important skill for this position.  Soft sales skills and an ability to effectively promote our childcare centers are desired as our goal is to increase the number of families visiting our centers. Being able to assess each family’s needs and respond to them accordingly through professional and engaging conversations is necessary.

What you will be doing:
  • Responding to parent inquiries assessing their childcare needs and promoting Bright Horizons’ childcare centers.
  • Maintaining a high level of energy and enthusiasm for Bright Horizons Family Solutions, its mission, values and philosophy.
  • Maintaining a high-level of customer satisfaction with both internal and external customers.
  • Answering incoming calls in a timely manner as identified by service level standards.
  • Meeting minimum performance standards.
  • Maintaining a high-level of customer satisfaction.

Salary and Other Compensation Disclosures
The starting rate for this position is $18.75 per hour.  The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
