About our team

The team acts as an in-house market insight agency, as such we design, analyse and deliver insight projects from start to finish.

About the Role
As Senior Research Executive, you will lead the day-to-day management of global tracking studies and ad hoc research projects. You will contribute to all stages of the research process, from stakeholder consultation and questionnaire design to detailed analysis and insight delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer satisfaction programmes including survey refinement and quarterly reporting
  • Deliver strategic research projects by planning designing and analysing market studies
  • Present findings with clarity and actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external research agencies
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across all insights and analysis
  • Support colleagues undertaking research with advice and best practices

Requirements:
  • Market research experience with demonstrated expertise in generating insights
  • Degree-level education and a relevant research qualification
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Perfect written and spoken English
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work across multiple deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Access and SharePoint
  • Knowledge of SPSS and R is beneficial
  • Confident presentation skills and visual storytelling ability
