Your Team: In this role you will work in close partnership with Enterprise Customer Success Managers.
Your Role:
Seesaw is seeking a Customer Success Specialist Contractor to assist with projects related to our enterprise district customers. Projects can include activities such as outbound calls, email sequences, invoice collecting, Salesforce updating, data reporting and collecting, and other one-off projects from our enterprise customer success team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Call into school and district accounts to set up meetings, collect past due invoices.
- Set up and manage email sequences and cadences to support customer accounts.
- Conduct proactive outreach to active customers to help validate contact information and maintain contact hygiene in Salesforce
- Meet key performance indicators aligned with Seesaw’s retention goals
- Partner closely with Customer Success Manager teammates by attending weekly meetings and 1:1s with your direct manager
Requirements:
- Experience conducting outbound calls and managing high volume of email communication
- Adaptable and able to shift priorities as needed
- Ability to track metrics and keep updated notes to inform the company of progress towards goals and projects
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, and Gong preferred
Compensation
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry. Salary is just one part of our total compensation package that includes equity, perks & benefits, and development opportunities at Seesaw. Individual pay decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other Seesawers. It is our expectation that the majority of candidates who are offered roles at Seesaw will land well within our salary ranges based on these factors.
The hourly rate for this position is: $18 - $22
This is a Non-Exempt position.
