Using computer software and applications for word processing, developing spreadsheets, email and internet research
Required Education
High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to work non-standard hours as needed

EXPERIENCE
More than one year of experience in a customer support role
Knowledge of child care licensing procedures and/or federal and state rules and regulations for child care
