Team & Position Description:
We are seeking a self-motivated D365 Business Analyst – Customer Engagement (CE) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive strategic initiatives and deliver actionable insights that shape the future of our Sales and Marketing organization. You’ll have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify challenges, design solutions, and implement changes that create measurable business value. What we’re looking for (Key Performance Objectives):
- Implement Structured Line Review & Promo Planning
- Provide continuous support and deliver enhancements for CE Marketing, Service, and Sales by maintaining campaign workflows, segmentation tools, dashboards, SLA compliance, case routing, knowledge articles, field mapping, Sales Accelerator, Power Automate, SharePoint integration, credit process mapping, and Microsoft upgrades. Implement new features and automation to improve efficiency and user experience.
- CE and F&O Support & Enhancements
- Provide continuous support for CE Marketing, Service, and Sales by maintaining campaign workflows, segmentation tools, dashboards, SLA compliance, case routing, knowledge articles, field mapping, Sales Accelerator, Power Automate, SharePoint integration, credit process mapping, and Microsoft upgrades.
- Centralized Retailer Hub in CE
- Within the first 6 months Create a unified retailer view in 6 months with embedded analytics, shared tasks, account attachments, integrated SharePoint, and F&O snapshots for forecasting and margin analysis.
- Sales Meeting Intelligence & Pipeline Hygiene
- Automate meeting recordings, takeaways, and account logging. Use AI for action items and pipeline accuracy to reduce manual entry.
- Expand Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys)
- Within the first 90 days implement Customer insights data within CE for improved segmentation, personalization, and predictive analytics.
Requirements/Ideal Attributes:
- A college diploma or university degree in the field of computer science, or equivalent experience in information systems is required.
- In-depth, hands-on knowledge and experience with enterprise and desktop applications, including MS Dynamics D365 F&O - Sales and Marketing Module, MS Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Sales, Marketing and Service, MS Excel, and MS Word.
- Highly self-motivated and directed.
- Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentational skills.
- Able to develop and interpret technical documentation.
- Flexible to work weekends and extended periods of time as required.
- Proven experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue-resolution techniques.
- Good understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives

Compensation Range: $110,000 – $140,000 annual salary – Actual compensation may vary due to other factors such as: years of experience, skill set and location. Total compensation includes profit sharing bonus potential, 401k matching, and a variety of other benefits (details can be found here).
