How can you make an impact?
The primary focus of the DAG Order Management Representative is to provide the Regional Sales Directors with administrative support related to their sales events, from pre-sale to order close. The DAG Order Management Team assists Regional Directors using our web-based operations suite, InterLink3000, Roses, ALEKS CSR Portal, Salesforce, Oracle and Retool and are often the liaisons for Sales to other parts of the organization, such as Professional Services, Finance, Rostering and Customer Support. The goal of the DAG Order Management team is to improve sales performance through better adherence to company policies and processes.
What you will be doing:
- Working with Regional Directors and Sales Managers on requests, approvals, and recommendations on behalf of potential customers.
- Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to order processing and order exceptions.
- Communicate and provide information to multiple, cross-functioning teams within the organization.
- Manage and work cases in Salesforce.
- Process all orders for New Business and Renewal sales.
- Produce Quotes and Proposals.
- Process order changes.
- Research and provide resolution on order inquiries and complex change requests.
- Account Administration (enter new, update existing).
- General Administrative tasks for Sales Managers.
We’re looking for someone with:
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree.
- 2 years of experience with Salesforce is required; experience with Oracle, order processing, and supporting sales teams preferred.
- Successful multi-tasker and comfortable to work with multiple systems.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook and Excel) a must.
- Attention to detail, organization skills, and a team player.

The pay range for this position is between $38,000 - $55,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Additionally, a full range of medical and/or other benefits may be provided, depending on the position offered. Click
