Required Qualifications: Applicants must specifically address how they meet these required qualifications to meet the requirements of the position. | Proficiency in data visualization tools such as
Power BI or
Tableau, and the ability to customize visualizations using scripting languages such as
Python. Strong knowledge of business intelligence (BI) principles, data modeling, and report development life cycles. Demonstrated ability to work with project lifecycle methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile) and track key performance indicators for IT projects. Experience using
SQL for querying relational databases. Familiarity with
Excel including advanced formulas and functions. Proficiency in
Python for automation, data manipulation, and visualization. Experience applying
AI tools in analytics or process automation. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Adaptability in working across diverse tools, platforms, and stakeholder groups.
Preferred Qualifications | Experience with
Machine Learning frameworks or applications for forecasting, classification, or clustering. Experience integrating data from multiple systems into unified reporting structures. Familiarity with enterprise environments in higher education or large public institutions.

Data Analytics Analyst to join the
Project Management Office (PMO). This role supports data-driven decision-making by developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and advanced analytics that inform executive leadership and project teams. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker with a deep understanding of data visualization, project performance metrics, and emerging AI technologies.
Job Duties | Develop and maintain project dashboards and reports. Perform strategic data analysis for executive leadership Collaborate with PMO and IT staff to identify reporting needs Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting system Support continuous improvement of reporting practices Other duties as assigned
