Advertised Job Summary  | The Office of Institutional Data, Evaluation, Accreditation, and Strategic Planning at the School of Medicine Greenville is seeking to hire a Data and Evaluation Analyst to join our team.

The Office of Institutional Data, Evaluation, Accreditation, and Strategic Planning (Office of IDEAS) is responsible for collecting, managing, analyzing, and reporting data necessary to evaluate the effectiveness of the medical education curriculum and support the LCME accreditation of School of Medicine Greenville. Within this office, The Data and Evaluation Analyst, reporting directly to the Director of Institutional Data and Evaluation, supports faculty, staff, and administration through collecting and managing institutional data, developing institutional surveys and reports, and conducting thoughtful and informative data analysis. This position collects and maintains data on student, course, and program performance, supports evaluation across all phases of the curriculum, and uses both quantitative and qualitative analysis methods to fulfill institutional reporting requirements and ad-hoc requests. Working across systems, offices and departments, and with school administration, this individual maintains key datasets, supports survey and evaluation administration, generates numerous institutional reports, and fulfills data requests for both internal and external stakeholders.

Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience  | Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 2 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.

Job Duty  | Data Analysis and Reporting:· ·Develops multiple reports analyzing student, course, and program-level data and performance, including end-of-phase reports and CQI dashboards and institutional surveys like the Student Experience Survey and Graduate surveys. 
Develops individual student performance dashboards for Student Evaluation and Promotion Committee review.
In consultation with the Office of Medical Education, reviews and supports data collection and analysis for the Medical Student Performance Evaluation (MSPE) letters.
In consultation with Office of IDEAS leadership, responds to internal and external ad-hoc requests for statistical analysis and report development.
As part of standard reporting and responding to ad-hoc requests, performs routine statistical analysis, including descriptive statistics, exam item psychometrics, correlation and multiple linear regression analysis, reliability statistics, t-tests, and analysis of variance (ANOVA).
Collaborate closely with a variety of constituents to meet a wide range of data collection, analysis, and reporting needs.
Develop dashboards for key stakeholders.
Support data driven decision making and planning.
Other data analysis and reporting needs as requested by Office of IDEAS leadership.
