How can you make an impact?
As a Data Quality Analyst, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of data that drives critical business decisions. In this position, you will enter, update, and manage large volumes of information across multiple systems with exceptional attention to detail. You will perform regular data checks to identify and correct inconsistencies, errors, and gaps, ensuring that all information remains consistent and trustworthy.
This role also emphasizes collaboration and customer service. You will partner with cross-functional teams to meet data requirements, resolve issues efficiently, and support reporting and analysis initiatives with clean, dependable datasets. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys uncovering insights, streamlining processes, and taking ownership of data accuracy. You will help strengthen the organization’s data foundation and make a measurable impact on team performance and operational success.
This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.
What You'll Do:
- Enter, update, and maintain large datasets across multiple systems with exceptional accuracy and consistency.
- Identify, analyze, and correct data discrepancies through routine validation, audits, and quality assurance processes.
- Partner cross-functionally to understand data requirements, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Support internal reporting and analytics by providing clean, reliable, and timely data.
- Monitor and improve data workflows, documenting procedures and recommending process enhancements for greater efficiency.
- Respond to internal data inquiries and requests with professionalism, meeting established service-level agreements and critical deadlines.
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in a data quality, analytics, or data operations role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; working knowledge of SQL and Oracle preferred.
- Experience with data management tools, CRM, or ERP systems, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven ability to mine, query, and analyze data to identify inconsistencies, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or collaboratively across teams.
- Demonstrated success meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The pay range for this position is between $49,500-$65,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. An annual bonus plan may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
