McGraw Hill is seeking a Data Structure Analyst. At McGraw Hill, our mission is to build meaningful enterprise learning solutions that empower students and institutions. Will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and maintaining the flow of data across multiple systems and business processes. This role involves analyzing workflows, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency, and implementing process improvements. The analyst will uphold high data integrity standards, deliver actionable insights, and support informed decision-making that drives operational excellence and strategic growth.
This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.
What you will be doing:
- Process and manage product and commercial data with accuracy and timeliness to ensure reliable information flow.
- Monitor, validate, and maintain the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of critical business data across multiple systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in real time, minimizing disruptions to business operations.
- Document workflows, data definitions, and operational processes to support compliance and organizational knowledge sharing.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into effective, data-driven solutions.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and projects to align overall business strategy with data strategy.
We’re looking for someone with:
- 5+ years of experience in business operations, data strategy, or analytics.
- Strong expertise in SQL, reporting, and business intelligence tools, and familiarity with enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, finance, or supply chain).
- Demonstrated ability to mine, process, and manage data with a high level of accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable business solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in cross-functional environments and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
- Adept at documenting workflows, analyzing processes, and supporting continuous improvement through data-driven strategies.

The pay range for this position is between $70,000-$75,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Additionally, a full range of medical and/or other benefits may be provided, depending on the position offered.
