BRCC seeks an innovative, student-centered leader to serve as its next Dean of Students. This senior administrator will provide strategic leadership for a broad portfolio of student affairs programs and services that support student access, engagement, persistence, and success.

The Dean of Students oversees key functional areas including Admissions & Outreach, Advising, Career Coaches, Enrollment Management, Student Conduct, Student Records & Registrar, the Student Success Center (Career Services, Student Outreach and Resource Center, and Student Accessibility), and the Transfer Center. The Dean also provides leadership for both existing and emerging initiatives that advance the College mission and strengthen the student experience.

Reporting to the Vice President of Academic Affairs, the Dean supervises and supports a large and diverse team of approximately 30 full-time and 7 part-time staff members. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and administrators across the College to foster a positive and inclusive culture, support employee development, encourage shared governance, and champion student success at every stage of the educational journey.

BRCC is seeking a dynamic and collaborative professional who brings strong leadership, excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and a demonstrated commitment to serving students in a comprehensive community college environment.

Those candidates selected for in-person interviews will likely have to facilitate a presentation as part of the interview process.
Special Assignments  | May be required to perform other duties as assigned. May be required to assist the agency or state government generally in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor.
