Job Summary/Basic Functions
The University of May Washington has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Design Services Production Manager and Campus Signage Coordinator. The Design Services Production Manager and Campus Signage Coordinator serves on the Design Services team as we provide the University with exceptional service in the management of all print production and digital designs. Manages projects from project launch to completion and receipt of samples. Management of print production includes, but is not limited to data manipulation, proofing various deliverables, and vendor management.
 
Required KSAs/Competencies/Qualifications
Working knowledge of print production processes, including specifications, proofing, and quality control standardsWorking knowledge of signage standards, accessibility considerations, and institutional brand guidelinesWorking knowledge of cost analysis and financial tracking for production and purchasing decisionsStrong project management and organizational skills to coordinate multiple production and signage projects simultaneouslyVendor management skills to evaluate quotes, timelines, and quality standardsWritten and verbal communication skills to work effectively with campus partners, Facilities, and external vendorsProblem-solving skills to address production delays, installation challenges, and quality concernsCustomer service skills to respond to client requests and resolve concerns professionallyAbility to track, document, and monitor project timelines and financial transactions

Required Experience:
