Job Description
Job Title: Digital Design - AI Trainer
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-time (Contract)
Location: Remote

Job Summary:
Join our customer's team as a Digital Design - AI Trainer, where you'll leverage your creative expertise to shape the next generation of AI-powered design tools. In this full-time remote role, you’ll play a pivotal part in developing rubrics, guiding AI learning, and enhancing model performance in digital design.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement comprehensive training rubrics to evaluate AI-generated digital designs.
  2. Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to define annotation criteria and label training data accurately.
  3. Assess and improve AI model outputs relating to visual design, user interaction, and layout coherence.
  4. Provide detailed feedback to help refine AI learning processes and model capabilities.
  5. Develop and document best practices for digital design evaluation within the AI training pipeline.
  6. Monitor industry trends to ensure alignment with current digital design standards and aesthetics.
  7. Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of AI-based digital design workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Proven proficiency in visual design and a strong sense of aesthetics.
