Key Responsibilities of the Role
• Campaign Execution: Partner with our digital agency and the Director of Digital Marketing, manage the day-to-day setup, tracking, and optimization of paid media across Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, and display networks.
• Creative Content Production: Use Canva to design and iterate on ad creatives and that align with brand standards.
• MarTech Management: Act as the in-house subject matter expert for our conversational marketing platform (Qualified) and intent platform (6sense). You will own the "Watermark way" of using these tools, ensuring leads flow correctly, playbooks are optimized, and segments are high-performing.
• Website Management: Execute hands-on edits within WordPress, including the formatting, QA, and publishing of landing pages and blogs.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor metrics and generate actionable insights using GA4 and Looker Studio to improve ROI and lead quality.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the internal team and agencies to ensure cohesive messaging across all paid and owned channels.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred; however, we highly value equivalent real-world experience, specialized certifications, and a proven track record of staying current in the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape.
• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically within B2B or SaaS environments.
• Proven experience managing paid search and display campaigns.
• Direct experience with (or a documented hunger to become certified in) 6sense and Qualified.
• Proficiency in Canva with the ability to create visually compelling ads without needing a dedicated designer for every task.
• Tactical expertise in editing and publishing within WordPress.
• Strong experience using GA4 to track the user journey from click to conversion.
• A "continuous learner" mindset—you enjoy staying ahead of the curve on new platform features and AI marketing tools.

Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with WCAG accessibility guidelines and a mindset of optimizing all web content for accessibility.
• Current certifications in Google Ads.
• Higher education or EdTech industry experience is a plus.
