The specialist will manage and optimize digital content and SEO strategies to improve the visibility, user experience, and effectiveness of Advancement websites while collaborating with teams to support engagement and strategic goals.

Lead execution of SEO strategies including keyword research, site structure optimization, and metadata enhancement.
Manage and update diverse digital content in the Content Management System (CMS), such as campaign pages, event listings, and blogs.
Coordinate with Advancement stakeholders to align web experiences with fundraising messaging and campaign priorities to drive donor interest and conversion.
Support philanthropic initiatives through email marketing, content audits, and analytics reporting.
Use tools like Google Analytics to monitor website performance and provide actionable insights for content strategy.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or SEO.
Salary range is $53,610 - $85,780.
Works within the Advancement Marketing department under the Senior Vice President of Advancement.
Supports strategic digital initiatives and continuous improvement of user experience and content effectiveness.
