Provide research and analytical support to the Enrollment Digital Team to drive the goals of the University. The Digital Marketing team handles all digital marketing efforts for Liberty University Online, Liberty University, School of Law, Liberty Athletics Department, School of Aeronautics, and many other departments throughout the University. This individual will have the fluidity to touch and handle different digital tasks that relate to enrollment management, display advertising, social medial advertising, e-commerce and customer behavior analysis.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and test digital ad copy for PPC campaigns for Google, Bing, Yahoo, and other ad networks. Audit digital ad campaigns to evaluate and maximize performance. Organize digital ad campaign structure for Google, Bing, Yahoo, and other ad networks. Utilize Social Media Marketing, Paid Search Advertising, and Display Advertising to drive awareness and conversion actions based on the department they assist. Support the Director of Online Digital Marketing & Analytics and Senior Management with analytic projects across the various digital campaigns managed. Remain abreast of existing and emerging technologies, processes, products, services and leading industry performance benchmarks. Work effectively as a team member, embracing and fostering LU's mission. Use project management tools effectively to track progress and completion of tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS AND CREDENTIALS
Education and Experience
Four-year college degree, preferably in business or marketing. Knowledge of online education industry is needed. Strong analytical skills and attention to details are required with two or more years of experience. Well-developed communications skills needed.

Use of one's personal vehicle (or LU vehicles) is required for travel in the performance of the essential functions of this position. Proof of a valid Virginia driver's license, an acceptable DMV record, and liability insurance is required.
