Core Responsibilities
- Use your extensive experience in web analytics to evaluate LEGO.com performance, crafting compelling, data driven insights which inform actionable business decisions
- Combine both click stream data (Adobe Analytics) with complementary quantitative & qualitative data sources (e.g. social listening or NPS)
- Provide a connected customer journey view. Delivering visibility on how shoppers move through LEGO.com, how marketing influences these journeys and what drives their purchase decisions
- Share concrete recommendations and work collaboratively to put actions into place
- Work collaboratively across the global D2C team but business partner specifically with the digital media teams
- As part of the Trading Optimization Media Squad to create a measurable framework for cross media channel performance elevating our view of performance effectiveness of marketing investments
- Create self-serve reporting which enables both global & regional marketing channel leads track outcomes & make faster, data led decisions
- Work across a range of timeframes, from insights on campaign performance to longer term strategy & opportunities for A/B testing
- Support significant marketing events, reporting on real time performance & proactively identifying areas for optimization (e.g. Black Friday, Cyber Monday)
- Ensure that the data we utilize is accurately reported & partner with A&I Enabling & other data owners to ensure ongoing governance is in place for LEGO.com

In this exciting role, you'll work closely with our global performance marketing and retail commercial teams, translating analytics into actionable commercial insights. You'll play a key part in shaping channel and eCommerce strategy and supporting tactical decisions, while helping the team unlock new ways to harness the full potential of our data.
This role offers cross-functional exposure, collaborating not only with the eCommerce team but also with key partners in Category Management, Promotions, Forecasting, Data Science, Digital Products, and more.
Do you have what it takes?
- Extensive experience generating web site analytics & combining click stream data (Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics) with other data sources to inspire change, ideally in a direct to consumer eCommerce Insights team
- Established proficiency in data visualization, ideally power BI
- Understanding of data structure and ability to drive meaning from large, unconnected data. SQL skills will be required for this role.
- A confident storyteller with experience generating & delivering actionable insights
- Skills in managing relationships, with the ability to establish new connections and navigate difficult decisions
- A finisher with a track record for following an idea through to implementation
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of web analytics implementation
- Experience generating insights on cross channel media performance with a purpose of improving digital marketing impact
- CRO experience with understanding of the insights needed to feed into testing in a commercial retail business

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $107,885.00 - $161,827.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
