Job Description
Are you excited about the fast-paced world of B2B eCommerce? The Content & Merchandising Team at the LEGO® Group is looking for a Digital Merchandising Manager to enhance our brand presence across digital retail channels. This role involves collaborating with global and local stakeholders to optimize product launches and the digital shelf at key eCommerce retailers in our Americas market to drive sales.

Core Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop specific digital merchandising strategies and initiatives for our largest eCommerce retailers
  • Own proactive planning process for product launches in collaboration with Associate Digital Merchandisers to ensure flawless execution at retail
  • Serve as the primary coordinator for the merchandising team, ensuring timely execution of deliverables by tracking progress, aligning resources and managing schedules
  • Ensure content is localized and optimized for the Americas market in a timely manner to enhance product visibility and conversion while adhering to brand guidelines
  • Analyze digital merchandising performance and provide insights for improvement
  • Collaborate with eCommerce, marketing, and Sales teams to align digital merchandising efforts with strategic priorities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key collaborators, including vendors and partners
  • Participate in testing and feedback processes for new digital tools

Do you have what it takes?
  • Proven experience in eCommerce as a Content Strategist, Content Manager, or Merchandising Manager, preferably in a B2B organization with retailer experience
  • Strong project management abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting are necessary
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills, ensuring seamless coordination across teams (ability to clearly delegate)
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize long-term goals alongside immediate retail tasks
  • Must be comfortable providing feedback in large forums and working directly with retail partners
  • Ability to analyze customer behavior and sales data to inform creative and merchandising strategies
  • Knowledge of different content tech tools and copywriting experience are a strong plus

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $100,906.00 - $151,360.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
