 Position Description 
Advertised Job Summary  | Responsible for recruiting students to and managing execution of a comprehensive student services program. Establishes policies and procedures in conjunction with institutional management and recommends changes for the program, develops and implements long-range plans and objectives for the program, and works extensively with institutional management and faculty to develop strategies and operational directives for the program. Accountable for all budgetary matters for the program, and validates and controls access and information about students.

Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience  | Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 3 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.
Required Certification, Licensure/Other Credentials  |
Preferred Qualifications  | Masters degree in Student Services or related field and 2 years related experience, or bachelor’s degree and 4 years related experience. Related background to include admissions, public relations, sales experience or another student personnel area desired. Preference will be given to those who currently live in the existing geographic market and have knowledge of the local secondary schools.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities  | Experience developing new programs and partnerships with various organizations; experience with and knowledge of higher education and understanding of effective marketing strategies and campaigns within higher education.
