Highlights

Develop and refine award management policies, tools, metrics, and training for the team.
Work collaboratively with the Office of Sponsored Research Administration leadership and campus partners.
Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum of 7 years in sponsored research administration or grants management.
Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree, 10+ years post-award experience, AOR experience, and knowledge of federal and non-federal research regulations.
Strong knowledge of federal agency requirements, especially NSF, NIH, DOE, DOD, US Department of Education, and Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200).
Experience with research administration systems and strong organizational, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Salary range is $100,000 - $115,000 annually.
