Lead the evolution of Absorb’s brand strategy. As Director of Brand Demand and Communications, you’ll define and execute high-impact programs that elevate our market presence and accelerate growth. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership—driving integrated campaigns across PR, events, influencer marketing, and digital channels. If you excel at aligning brand initiatives with business objectives and inspiring teams to deliver measurable results, we want you on our leadership bench.

What you’ll do:
  • Build and execute integrated strategies to increase brand demand, organic demand, and qualified pipeline, anchored in a content-led, PR, events, and SEO and AEO.
  • Develop communications strategies and program plans aligned with Absorb’s overall GTM and business goals across critical communications, positioning, and messaging.
  • Create a brand marketing and public relations strategy that will allow Absorb to cultivate and enhance meaningful awareness with targeted, high-level external audiences.
  • Lead event strategy development and execution; own marketing events delivery and business results; build pre/during/post event campaigns (field events, trade shows, webinars) with clear pipeline, sourced/influenced revenue, and ROI targets.
  • Responsible for influencer marketing – Identify and onboard high fit advocates who can improve brand awareness, extend reach & credibility, and drive business impact.
  • Provide strategic counsel, creative direction, guidance on execution for digital marketing, lead generation, nurturing, sales enablement, trade show activities, etc.
  • Manage various marketing channels, including contributing to digital strategy and leading Absorb’s social media presence.
  • Be a pioneer on industry best practices and emerging strategies that will ensure a competitive edge in brand awareness, consumer acquisition, and retention; stay current on SEO algorithm updates and AI-assisted content workflows.
  • Set KPIs to clearly demonstrate business impact; monitor marketing projects, analyze results, and collaborate with other leaders in marketing.
What you’ll bring:
  • 7-10+ years of focused B2B SaaS brand marketing and PR, including 3+ years of team leadership
  • Willingness to move fast, roll up your sleeves to support your team, and be open to testing and implementing new ways of doing things.
  • Experience in demand generation marketing tactics and strategies with deep competence in content marketing, SEO/SEM, PR/comms, events, and organic social; proven success driving qualified pipeline.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions, deal with ambiguity and show a deep interest and comfort in working with ROI and metric-driven models; hands-on with GA4, Search Console, and marketing analytics.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, being able to move and inspire a cross-functional group, leading it into a unified direction and with a common vision.
  • Possess superior communication skills and display comfort interacting with senior executives and external business partners.
