Summary of Benefits

Contigo Ed is committed to supporting each team member's well-being and professional growth. We provide 100% employer-funded healthcare, generous paid time off, reimbursement for working equipment, health wellness expenses, and professional development, and several other benefits.

  • Healthcare: We provide 100% coverage for medical, dental, and vision insurance plans for all full-time and eligible part-time employees. Contigo Ed also provides 80% coverage for the spouse, child(ren), and family of all full-time and eligible part-time employees. Full-time employees who choose to waive health coverage receive a $350.00 monthly benefit allowance and will still be able to enroll in optional plans and flexible spending accounts.

  • Insurance: We provide life and short- and long-term disability insurance for employees.

  • Dependent Care: We offer a Dependent Care FSA benefit to help employees pay for dependent-care services including daycare, nannies and babysitters, preschool, and elder care.

  • Paid Time Off (PTO): We offer 10 days per year of PTO during the first year of employment and 15 days per year of PTO after the first year. Additionally, we offer 21-22 paid holidays annually, 7 paid “Summer Fridays” off, 2 days of paid floating holiday leave, 3 days of paid wellness and mental health day leave, 10 days of paid sick leave, and 5 days of paid bereavement leave. We also provide paid sick leave, bereavement leave, time off for unforeseen hardships, time off for jury duty, and optional unpaid leave. We’re always happy to discuss options if additional flexibility is needed in a given situation.

  • Parental Leave: New parents are eligible for up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave.

  • 401k Retirement Plan: After 6 months of employment, Contigo Ed offers a retirement plan in which staff may make voluntary contributions toward your retirement. For every dollar contributed, up to 4% of the employee’s compensation each pay period, Contigo Ed will match it with 100%. The safe harbor contribution is 100% vested.

  • Health and Wellness Reimbursement: To support employees’ physical and mental health, we offer an annual reimbursement of up to $500 for expenses such as gym memberships, therapy, meditation retreats, or exercise equipment.

  • Office Equipment and Workspace: As a remote organization, we want all employees to work effectively in their preferred workspace. Contigo Ed provides a one-time home office setup reimbursement of $400. After the first year, employees are eligible for up to $250 annually to upgrade or enhance their home office equipment.

  • Cell Phone and Internet Reimbursement: Contigo Ed will reimburse employees up to $75 per month for incurred internet/WiFi fees and up to $50 per month for cell phone costs.

  • Professional Development: Employees receive an annual allowance to spend on coaching, courses, workshops, conferences, or other opportunities that support professional growth and development goals.

  • Tuition Assistance Program: Employees with at least 1 year of full-time employment with Contigo Ed are eligible for reimbursement for approved education costs.

  • Sabbatical Leave: After 5 years of employment, employees are eligible for up to 5 weeks of paid sabbatical leave.
