Job Title: Director, Digital Upskilling & Change

Job Description Summary
The Head of Digital Upskilling & Change is part of the Technology Governance & Delivery team in the Technology & Data Solutions (TDS) organization. This role reports into the SVP, Technology Governance & Delivery. 

We are looking for a Head of Digital Upskilling & Change who will be responsible for developing technology learning and development programming for TDS and for the broader Cushman & Wakefield user organization. This role will also design and operationalize the change management approach and standard mechanisms and toolsets that the TDS organization uses for communications within and across TDS, inclusive of how TDS markets itself to the business.

This role will 
• Design and develop engaging and effective learning and development solutions that align with the business and technology strategy and facilitate digital upskilling of the organization. 
• Define and implement standard communications practices for TDS interaction with TDS.
• Identify and centralize IT sales and marketing materials to provide a single source of truth for TDS and business colleague reference and to facilitate consistent storytelling.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, subject matter experts and external vendors to ensure the quality and relevance of the learning content, communication standards and IT sales and marketing materials.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct training needs analysis and identify skill gaps and learning opportunities for the Technology organization.
  • Plan training programs based on business and TDS goals, starting with two critical areas in year 1:
    • Design and develop Orientation and Onboarding programs for TDS new hires, transfers, and new people managers.
    • Develop a foundational technology training program for all employees, covering topics such as productivity tools, MS Office products, AI and automation, etc.
  • Oversee learning activities, curriculum and resources.
  • Evaluate and measure the impact and effectiveness of the learning solutions using various methods and tools.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in technology learning and development and recommend new training methods as appropriate.
  • Build and maintain a plan for ongoing growth and maturation of the central TDS Learning & Development capability, inclusive of talent, programming, and technology.
  • Build and maintain a technology learning and development ‘community of practice’, bringing together subject matter experts that are delivering technology training programs today with a goal of standardizing consistent baseline programming, sharing learning expertise and scaling best practices.
  • Manage the learning budget, resources, and vendors for the TDS organization.

Job Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of learning principles, instructional design models and learning technologies
  • 5+ years of experience in designing and delivering learning solutions
  • Work experience as a Training Director, Training Manager or similar role
  • In-depth understanding of traditional and modern training methods (including workshops, simulations, e-learning and coaching)
  • Hands-on experience with project management and budgeting
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
