  • Required skills include employer relations, career advising, supervision, program management, and experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Higher Education, or related fields, or equivalent experience required.
  • Department serves the Center for Career and Leadership Development focused on career readiness and community engagement.
