We are seeking a strategic, energetic, and forward-thinking Director of Global Learning & Development to lead and evolve our global L&D function. This role is ideal for an inspiring leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about designing innovative learning experiences that empower individuals and drive business performance.
- Contribute to the identification, shaping, and execution of the organization’s overall Learning & Development (L&D) strategy.
- Serve as a collaborative, future-focused thought partner to firm leadership and stakeholders.
- Design, develop, and deliver strategic, innovative, and practical learning solutions that address key business needs across the firm.
- Partner with internal clients, business leaders, and subject matter experts to create firmwide learning programs and assess their impact.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure our L&D approach remains modern and impactful.
- Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team of L&D specialists.
- Serve as a dynamic facilitator, comfortable engaging with all levels of leadership and team members.
- Champion a learning culture that supports continuous development and strengthens organizational capability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree a plus.
- Certified Gallup Strengths Coach or demonstrated experience with the methodology.
- Certified in facilitation and experienced in leading high-impact workshops and learning sessions.
- Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and evaluating learning interventions in a professional services or complex global environment.
- Strong project management capabilities and ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficient with modern learning platforms, tools, and course authoring technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills; ability to diagnose challenges and build innovative, results-driven learning solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and lead engaging discussions.
