Location: Hybrid to Wayne, PA or Naperville, IL (remote considered)
 
How You’ll Contribute to Our Mission
 
As Director of GTM Strategy & Planning, you’ll help shape how Frontline Education brings value to the educators and school systems we serve. This role connects strategy, operations, and data-driven insight to drive growth and align our go-to-market (GTM) motion across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Experience.
 
You’ll lead the development of scalable GTM plans that help teams work smarter, using technology and AI-enabled tools to inform decisions, improve predictability, and elevate performance. Most importantly, you’ll help ensure that every strategic initiative supports the people who empower education every day.
 
How You’ll Drive Success
  • Lead cross-functional GTM planning cycles, integrating data and insights to set clear priorities, goals, and resource strategies.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance leaders to align execution and drive revenue growth through efficient, well-coordinated programs.
  • Use analytics and AI-enhanced tools to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and inform decisions that improve forecasting and scalability.
  • Simplify complex processes and champion operational excellence through clarity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Build frameworks that help teams test, learn, and evolve with agility in a fast-changing market.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range $140-$150K: Competitive and commensurate with experience, skills, and internal equity. Bonus eligibility, 401(k) match, ESPP, comprehensive health benefits, and personalized PTO.
