Who You Are

We are seeking a Director, Head of Sales Operations to own the success and continuous improvement of Sales at brightwheel in close partnership with Go-to-Market leadership. This role will report directly to the VP of Operations. The ideal candidate has worked in fast-growing SaaS companies and have seen what “great” looks like at scale. They have experience in sales strategy and technology, advanced analytics and reporting, performance measurement and forecasting, and program management.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a team of 5+ talented individuals
  • Be the thought-partner to GTM leadership to build and execute on ambitious plans: dive deep on data, prioritize opportunities for improvement, manage resources, and drive initiatives to success
  • Own the operating system of Sales: Manage ongoing business reviews, orient the business around the metrics that matter most, and drive a culture of accountability across Sales and Operations teams
  • Establish repeatable and scalable sales processes, automation and reporting methodology: Develop systems, tools, and processes that allow the Sales team to continuously get better
  • Build increasingly higher quality database through automated market scraping, cleansing, and enrichment to enable an increasingly multi-touch Sales experience that maximizes lead to closed won conversion 
  • Develop productivity and performance reporting of sales management and individuals
  • Own, manage, maintain, and optimize the Sales tech stack to enable the business in their day-to-day

Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities

  • 5+ years leading a high-performing Sales or GTM Operations organization, incl. managing managers
  • Analytical acumen: Ability to build scalable reporting that enable end-users with low-touch, actionable insights 
  • Forecasting: Ability to run high confidence forecasting and sales performance measurement
  • Program Management: Ability to organize, manage and/or run complex initiatives on varying timelines 
  • Track record of scaling Sales Operations alongside the businesses’ growth 
  • Comfortable presenting to and collaborating with senior executives
  • Comfortable working in Google Suite, Tableau, Salesforce
  • Experience working in SaaS businesses, bonus points if they operated in the SMB customer segment 

$135,000 - $215,000 a year

Brightwheel is committed to internal pay equity and offers a competitive compensation package, including base salary, equity, and benefits. For cash compensation, brightwheel sets standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Multiple factors determine final offer amounts, including geographic location, candidate experience, and expertise.
