Highlights

Oversees the full UF Honors curricular and co-curricular education, teaching, and learning experience
Creates and sustains committees to deliver best practices of nationally top-ranked Honors programs
Establishes and reports outcomes assessments at the program and course levels
Represents UF at the national level with Honors program organizations and shares best practices through peer-reviewed publications and presentations
Partners with UF Enrollment Management, Division of Student Life, and UF Housing
Works with UF Advancement to seek, secure, and steward philanthropic giving for the program
Builds partnerships with UF Preview and UF Student Success leadership
Supervises employees and grows a positive team environment
Requires a Ph.D. or Doctorate with at least 10 years of experience in a faculty position related to Honors students
