  • Provide leadership and supervision to conference services staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and managing three full-time resident directors during summer operations.
  • Participate in university committees including Welcome Week and Homecoming, and collaborate on key programming and community engagement events.
  • Master’s degree required with at least 6 years of related experience and 3 years of management experience; equivalent education and experience combinations may be considered.
  • Full-time administrative position with competitive salary commensurate with experience and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans, tuition waivers, and paid leave.
  • Work schedule primarily Monday-Friday, 8-5, with some required evening and weekend work to support university priorities.
