Highlights

  • Lead frontline fundraising with a portfolio of 100-125 prospects, targeting five- and six-figure commitments.

  • Manage and mentor a Leadership Annual Giving team of five development officers, setting fundraising goals and monitoring performance.

  • Collaborate with University Advancement colleagues and campus partners to align donor interests with institutional priorities.

  • Use Blackbaud Fundraiser Performance Management (FPM) software for prospect identification and evaluation.

  • Support special events including Homecoming, Reunion weekend, and 1842 Day fundraising initiatives.

  • Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of successful frontline fundraising experience required; leadership-level donor experience mandatory.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are essential.

  • Knowledge of annual giving strategies, donor pipeline development, and multi-year commitments required.

  • Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree and management experience.

  • Salary range: $109,300 to $142,100, dependent on qualifications and internal equity.
