  • Provide mentorship to junior Major Gifts team members and strategic support to College advisory boards and volunteers.

  • Required qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in major gift fundraising or related fields; valid driver’s license.

  • Preferred qualifications: Proven record of securing five- and six-figure gifts, strong public speaking and proposal writing skills, ability to manage multiple projects, graduate degree and/or CFRE preferred.

  • Salary range: $86,243 - $105,000 annually.
