Director of Digital and Creative Marketing Strategy Full Description

Reporting to the Senior Associate Director of Athletics for Marketing & Communications, the Director of Digital and Creative Marketing Strategy is responsible for marketing that leads to revenue generation through ticket sales and attendance at events and in-game fan experience. This position requires working weekends and holidays and attending athletic events as appropriate.
Responsibilities include: reaching the set ticket revenue goal each year; developing and implementing comprehensive ticketing sales, service and retention strategies; creating a digital marketing strategy to increase revenue and attendance at athletics events, particularly basketball; using social media strategies to drive engagement that leads to ticket sales; planning and executing ticket sales efforts for season, premium, group, and single game sales; overseeing fan experience and game day atmosphere; creating yearly, season, and game-by-game revenue projections; and overseeing the marketing budget.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience. Strong competitive spirit, excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills. Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in marketing or related field. Experience in marketing and/or ticket sales in athletics. Graphic design and video experience.
Salary: $66,300.00.
