University of South Carolina is hiring a Director of Field Experiences. The Director will coordinate all aspects of field experiences and internships for students in the Exercise and Sport Science, Community Health, and potentially Sport Management programs. The Director of Field Experiences for the Department of Health and Physical Education (DoHPH) is responsible for coordinating all aspects of field experiences and internships for students in the Exercise and Sport Science (EXSC) program, Community Health, and potentially for the Sport Management program. This position works closely with the Chair of DoHPH, faculty, the administrative assistant, and external public partners. The Director is charged with developing, implementing, and enforcing all relevant policies and procedures related to field experiences and internships as established by the College of Education, Human Performance, and Health (CoEHPH) and the Department of Health and Physical Education (DoHPH). Additionally, the Director will be expected to teach 2 courses for each major semester.
