  • Supervise professional staff and foster a customer-focused team culture.

  • Required bachelor’s degree with related experience; at least 1 year of direct solicitation/fundraising experience if applicable.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), strong analytical and communication skills required.

  • Preferred knowledge includes fundraising principles, IRS philanthropy regulations, CASE guidelines, CRM systems, and PeopleSoft ERP.

  • Work closely with development officers, academic and administrative leaders, University Counsel, affiliated foundations, and external stakeholders.
