Highlights

Provide strategic leadership and management of graduate recruitment activities to meet enrollment goals.
Collaborate with campus stakeholders including International Student and Scholar Office, Undergraduate Admissions, and graduate programs to align recruitment strategies with institutional priorities.
Represent the University at recruitment events, professional conferences, and external engagements.
Supervise full-time staff, temporary employees, and student workers with leadership and mentorship responsibilities.
Leverage recruitment technologies and CRM systems (Slate experience preferred) for process optimization and prospective student engagement.
Analyze and interpret recruitment data to inform strategic decisions and evaluate recruitment effectiveness.
Develop and maintain partnerships with faculty, staff, industry, educational institutions, and alumni to expand recruitment pipelines.
Collaborate with marketing teams to refine recruitment materials and messaging strategies.
Minimum qualifications include a Master's degree in Higher Education, Counseling, or relevant area and three years of progressive administrative admissions experience.
Salary range is $78,000 - $83,000 annually.
