  • Analyze and interpret recruitment data to inform strategic decisions and evaluate recruitment effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with faculty, staff, industry, educational institutions, and alumni to expand recruitment pipelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to refine recruitment materials and messaging strategies.
  • Minimum qualifications include a Master's degree in Higher Education, Counseling, or relevant area and three years of progressive administrative admissions experience.
  • Salary range is $78,000 - $83,000 annually.
