Your essential duties and responsibilities as the Director of HR, Learning & Development will include:
- Lead and deliver the group’s Learning & Development strategy, including training frameworks, franchise induction, technical programs, and annual conventions, with clear ROI and budget ownership.
- Oversee retail excellence and customer experience initiatives, ensuring consistent standards, merchandising, and performance improvement across all locations.
- Direct all Human Resources functions, including policy development, compliance, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Develop, manage, and maintain HR, L&D, and best-practice resources, ensuring content, manuals, and systems remain current and aligned with legislative requirements.
- Manage people-related budgets, reporting, and projects, while driving engagement, capability development, and a high-performing culture across the group.
