How can you make an impact?
Reporting to the Sr. Director, Platform & Initiatives, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing, Connect to develop and drive the high-level go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Connect and its associated AI applications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market trends. This position will serve as the marketing lead in setting the strategic direction for Connect and leading GTM execution in strong partnership with cross-functional leaders and marketing leadership.
This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States. It requires up to 35% travel yearly, such as attendance at customer events, on-site meetings, trade shows, and annual sales meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and driving the platform marketing strategy for Connect and the AI tools within the Connect platform.
- Partner directly with platform, marketing and sales to foster strong collaboration to ensure a unified approach to market positioning, messaging and strong brand sentiment for Connect.
- Interface with senior leadership on program health and status highlighting key performance metrics and recommending adjustments as needed.
- Own the strategy for integrated campaigns to generate leads, enhance platform brand awareness and drive customer engagement for Connect and the AI tools within the Connect platform.
- Oversee the creation of effective sales enablement materials and ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts.
- Lead strategy for internal trainings for sales and customer success.
- Partner with Corporate Communications on thought leadership
What You Can Bring to the Role:
- 7 or more years of experience in Platform Marketing with a focus on sales enablement and GTM strategy development and execution
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with proven success in working across functions to launch digital products in education
- Proven ability to interface with senior leaders
- 3 or more years leading a team of marketers
- 5 or more years of industry experience
- 4+ years of experience in B2B Product or Platform Marketing, with a focus on GTM strategy development, sales enablement, and campaign execution
- Proven experience launching new products or initiatives in the market
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with a track record of successful cross-functional collaboration and ability to translate technical features into customer benefits

Compensation and Benefits The pay range for this position is between $124,400.00- $160,000.00, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
