The Director of Professional Practice and Continuing Education provides strategic leadership for the development, implementation, and evaluation of innovative educational programs that advance nursing excellence, professional practice, workforce development, and lifelong learning. The director oversees continuing education operations, online learning initiatives, workforce-focused educational offerings, and evidence-based practice programs designed to strengthen nursing practice across diverse healthcare settings, including rural and community hospitals.

This leader serves as a recognized expert in evidence-based practice and professional development and co-teaches masterclass offerings within the Helene Fuld Institute for EBP.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience. Advanced degree in a relevant field may be desirable. Six years of relevant experience required; 8-12 years of relevant experience preferred.
