Highlights

Manage program budgets, ensure compliance with state legislation, and oversee financial operations.
Serve as primary liaison to external agencies, participate in legislative advocacy and statewide education initiatives.
Minimum qualifications include a master's degree in education or related field, 4+ years of experience in education/student affairs, teaching and curriculum development experience, and knowledge of North Carolina Teaching Licensure Requirements.
Experience required in leading large-scale academic programs, team management, event coordination, budget stewardship, and digital tools such as Google Workspace.
Compensation range is $70,000 - $80,000 annually, with a full-time 12-month appointment.
