  • Minimum qualifications include a master's degree in education or related field, 4+ years of experience in education/student affairs, teaching and curriculum development experience, and knowledge of North Carolina Teaching Licensure Requirements.
  • Experience required in leading large-scale academic programs, team management, event coordination, budget stewardship, and digital tools such as Google Workspace.
  • Compensation range is $70,000 - $80,000 annually, with a full-time 12-month appointment.
