This leader will be instrumental in creating the roadmap and equipping the People team, business leaders, and team members with the tools, data, and frameworks they need to develop and execute with clarity and confidence—particularly around performance management, career growth and expansion, and skills-based enablement for team members and teams.

The incumbent will be a thought leader and partner with the Chief People Officer on future workforce strategies; including application of AI, shape of the workforce, and unlocking business value and driving outcomes.

This leader will lead and develop a delivery and development focused team; including a HRIS, People Data & Insights, Organizational Development, and DEIB whose remit is to consult, build and deliver scalable people systems and solutions and enable a high-performance culture to drive business outcomes.

Who you’re committed to being:
  • You are not afraid to be yourself, experiment, make mistakes and learn from them, ask questions, or voice your concerns.
  • When communicating you are self-aware, insightful, and proactive.
  • You are a team member first and individual contributor second. You are aware that high-performing teams are only as strong as their weakest link.

What you’ll do:
  • AI, People Insights & Systems: Lead the design and optimization of the HR tech ecosystem, including Workday, learning platforms, survey tools, and analytics dashboards. Deploy AI-powered tools and predictive insights to drive proactive talent strategies, skill visibility, and workforce trends analysis. Deliver actionable dashboards, reporting tools, and data models that enable HRBPs and business leaders to make data-informed decisions. Ensure system integration, usability, and accessibility for HR and business users.
  • Strategic People Planning & Workforce Design: Thought partner to design and implement enterprise-wide people business plans that align with business goals and transformation strategy. While the execution will be managed by the People Business Partners, this role will lead cross-functional workforce planning, integrating data, scenario modeling, and capability assessments to guide strategic resourcing. Ensure workforce plans and people strategies are tightly aligned with people data and insights, future workforce capabilities and financial and operational plans. Support internal mobility, succession pipelines, and skills-based talent decisions.
  • Organizational Effectiveness & Performance Enablement: Provide thought leadership for org and job design and structural shifts—particularly within the GTM organization—to support growth, clarity, and agility. Build and scale performance management frameworks that reinforce development, ownership, accountability, and impact across all levels. Create and deliver enablement resources that support People BPs in executing transformation, talent reviews, succession planning, leader development programs, etc.. Align tools and systems to promote effective leadership, clarity of roles, and operational efficiency.
  • High-Performance Culture: Champion a culture of high-performance and ensure a sense of belonging. Embed inclusive and behaviorally aligned practices that reinforce psychological safety, trust, and shared success to support individual and team performance and drive business outcomes. Leverage engagement, culture, and business outcome data to identify and respond to gaps in employee experience, team alignment, and leadership capabilities. Support leaders and People BPs in translating values into rituals and scalable people practices. In partnership with CPO, People BP team, and other People COEs, provide thought leadership to develop a multi-pronged culture transformation roadmap and execution plan.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor and develop a delivery-focused team supporting the broader People organization and enterprise. Prioritize work and resources across high-impact areas to ensure concepts, strategies, tools, programs, and systems meet business needs. Foster a team culture of ownership, creativity, collaboration, and responsiveness to deliver practical and impactful programming and services.
