Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the execution and delivery of AI-native product and outcome agents for the U.S. market. This is a highly customer-facing product leadership role focused on translating market and customer needs into delivered capabilities that drive adoption, measurable outcomes, and commercial impact.
This product leader will work closely with Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE), customers, partners, customer success, services, sales, and cross-functional product and engineering teams to ensure product and outcome agents are delivered with operational rigor, strong market fit, and high customer value centered on customer-facing delivery, implementation readiness, and outcome realization in-market. The ideal candidate brings deep experience leading enterprise SaaS and AI-native products, partnering directly with customers, and driving execution across complex organizations.
In this role you will…
- Lead execution and delivery of product and outcome AI agents for the U.S. market, ensuring capabilities move efficiently from customer need through launch, adoption, and measurable business impact.
- Partner closely with FDE and customer-facing teams to align delivery priorities, market requirements, rollout readiness, and customer outcomes.
- Serve as a highly customer-facing product leader, engaging directly with enterprise customers to understand priorities, validate use cases, resolve delivery gaps, and improve adoption.
- Translate customer, field, and market feedback into clear requirements, prioritized backlogs, release plans, and execution milestones.
- Drive cross-functional delivery across product, engineering, design, data science, architecture, customer success, services, and go-to-market teams.
- Establish strong operating cadences for execution, milestone reviews, dependency management, issue escalation, risk tracking, and outcome measurement.
- Ensure AI-native product and outcome agents are delivered in ways that are scalable, secure, compliant, and practical for customer adoption in enterprise environments.
- Support U.S. market delivery by partnering with customer-facing teams on rollout planning, launch enablement, implementation readiness, and feedback loops.
- Use adoption, delivery, usage, and customer outcome metrics to improve execution quality and accelerate time-to-value.
- Lead product builders and cross-functional teams with a strong focus on accountability, delivery discipline, operational rigor, and customer impact.
- Partner across core product & platform teams to ensure product and outcome agents meet enterprise expectations for security, compliance, privacy, and data governance.

- Delivery risks, dependencies, and execution issues are surfaced early and managed effectively
- AI-native capabilities are launched in ways that are trusted, usable, and outcome-oriented
- Security, compliance, and data governance requirements are embedded into delivery across AI and data platform capabilities
You have what it takes if you have…
- 10+ years of experience in a product leadership role in enterprise software, SaaS, AI, or platform organizations
- Strong track record leading customer-facing product delivery, especially for enterprise SaaS and AI-native solutions
- Experience working directly with customers, field teams, customer success, services, and go-to-market partners to deliver products that solve real business problems
- Proven ability to lead execution across complex cross-functional organizations with a strong focus on operational rigor, release discipline, and measurable outcomes
- Experience delivering AI-native products, intelligent agents, automation, copilots, or workflow-based AI solutions in enterprise settings
- Strong experience converting market and customer input into requirements, delivery plans, prioritized work, and successful launches
- Experience across AI and data platforms, including strong understanding of security, compliance, privacy, and data governance
- Strong collaboration skills across engineering, UX, data science, services, sales, support, and customer success
- Experience working in secure, enterprise-grade environments where trust, reliability, and scalability matter
